The following Advisory opinion of this Commission is addressed to you in response to
your letter of April 27, 1977, in which you request an opinion as to the propriety of your
selling your personal set of American Law Reports Annotated 2nd Series to the Colbert
County Public Law Library. It is the understanding that by statute you serve on the
board of said library.
