The Judicial Inquiry Commission has considered your request for an opinion concerning
whether a judge may serve on a church “Bond Committee” for the purpose of receiving
proceeds of bond sales and depositing said proceeds in a church bond account. In
addition, it appears that the judge did not and will not participate in any bond sale or
solicitation of money.
